Artistic Director: Robert McFarland
The Opera Seabrook Director Robert McFarland has performed over 114 operas and 22 musicals, many which can be seen and heard on internationally distributed DVD and CD recordings. In additional to his worldwide reputation as an opera star, Mr. McFarland has also conducted and directed operatic productions internationally since 1986. Having begun his musical career as an exceptional trumpet player, he was awarded the opportunity to play with the Cleveland Orchestra in 1963 at the age of 12. The son of Margaret Jane McFarland, who attended the famed Westminster Choir College in Princeton , New Jersey , Mr. McFarland began vocal studies and eventually won the National Metropolitan Opera Auditions in 1979. This achievement led to his eight-year twenty-seven-role career at New York City Opera under the leadership of Beverly Sills. Since that time, Robert McFarland's vocal artistry has been showcased in nearly every major opera house in the world from Milan , Palermo , Rome , Barcelona , Lisbon , Nice, London , Santiago , Toronto , and Montreal to Los Angeles , San Francisco , Chicago , and New York (Metropolitan Opera and New York City Opera) . With a ready repertoire of over 83 major roles, Robert McFarland continues to delight the world with his artistry.

Executive Director: Pattricia Patino-Oehler

Former Executive Director of the Walt Whitman art center, Ms. Patino-Oehler had been instrumental in the stabilization and success of a few minority organizations in the Philadelphia, PA area including the Choral Music Program of El Faro Church, Inc (Non-for-Profit). A native of Bogotá, Colombia in South America, with a Junior Degree in Business/Publicity and Public Relations along with a Bachelor of Music Degree (Major in Voice and Education) from Universidad del Valle, Colombia (SA), Ms. Patiño is Instructor for Advanced Spanish Diction, Grammar and Literacy in the Southern Jersey/Eastern Pennsylvania region. From 1993-2002 Pattricia organized and developed an Educational Outreach Program for Senior Citizens & Children of Special Education along with an Institutional Educational Program for Young Artists in Cali, Colombia at the IPC (Instituto Popular de Cultura) belonging to the Colombian Government. During this time she also worked with AMLA (Association of Latin-American Musicians) as music teacher and in the area of New Programs Creation and Development as well. These Outreach Programs continue to provide learning and help for the Challenged and Elderly today.
